I’m Brooklyn DeLawn, proud to be from Columbus, Ohio, and currently pursuing my education in Organizational Leadership and Psychology at Wright State University. With a background in Special Education and Entrepreneurship, my journey has been guided by my passion for community, mentorship, and growth.

The concept of Sankofa—learning from the past to build a better future—deeply resonates with me. I am grateful for the mentorship of Teri Thomas, who showed me the power of authentic leadership, and for my mother, whose perseverance and love for her community taught me the importance of serving others. Their influence shaped me into the woman I am today and inspired my commitment to empower the next generation.

At The3BKids, my mission is to create opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and lead with purpose. Together, we can inspire change and build stronger communities.
