My name is Brooklyn DeLawn — a proud Columbus, Ohio native, founder of The3BKids, and a graduate of Wright State University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and Psychology. With a background in Special Education and Entrepreneurship, my journey has always been guided by a passion for service, mentorship, and youth empowerment.The principle of Sankofa — the belief that we must look back to move forward — deeply resonates with me. I am incredibly grateful for the mentorship of Teri Thomas, who showed me the power of authentic leadership, and for my mother, whose resilience and unwavering commitment to our community taught me to lead with love and purpose.Their influence laid the foundation for The3BKids — a nonprofit organization committed to creating safe, transformative spaces for young people. Through education, mentorship, and intentional community engagement, we equip youth to learn, grow, and lead with confidence.This is more than a program.
